The Rystad Energy IT team develops our database products and proprietary applications, and maintains an advanced and modern IT infrastructure. We need to strengthen our C#/.Net team and technical support function to cope with our activity growth. 

Tasks and qualifications

The candidate will be part of the C# team, which has a broad development agenda. The demand for support on our applications is growing, and we are looking for a team member that will improve and take responsibility for this function. Support involves assisting clients all over the world that may need help in configuring our services, and improving our internal applications to support new work flow needs. The latter often requires programming. Key tasks will be:

• Support external and internal clients
• Develop, improve and take responsibility for our tech support service
• Participate in the development work of the C# team

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues with excellent skills and/or interest in the above, and 

• has good skills in programming C#/.Net
• likes to interact with and help clients and colleagues
• enjoys team work, but can work independently
