1. How was your first day at Rystad Energy?
Fairly hectic, yet very exciting. I had a couple of general training sessions in the morning, but already after a lunch our Head of Analysis dropped by my desk to ask me: “What is the status of Texas well data? What is deliverable as of today?” Realizing that I had no chance to even understand the question completely, he further added: “Let us look at this a little bit together”, that defused the situation.
2. What is your main role at Rystad Energy?
Ensuring that we stay up to date on the latest NAM Shale news and trends, while our clients get the best out of Rystad Energy’s shale well database (NASWellCube).
3. What do you enjoy most at Rystad Energy?
Company is predisposed toward continuous development. This applies to both personal growth and implementation of new ideas and solutions. Conservative thinking is often very limited or does not exist at all.
4. Why should people work for Rystad Energy?
Rystad Energy provides great opportunities for people who are willing to create something new continuously. Though the company has grown significantly in recent years, a startup environment remains dominant. Everything you do directly impacts the direction in which the company is heading.
