The Rig Owners’ Seminar is an annual event held in the margins of ADIPEC. The event, convened by ADNOC Drilling/DNV, provides a platform for global rig owners, operating companies, and marine and offshore service providers to exchange knowledge and best practice in areas of common interest. This year’s theme – “Drilling for the Future” – invites participants to consider how the industry will continue to evolve during the upcycle and into the future. Topics for discussion include opportunities and strategies relating to sustainable growth, decarbonization, and how drilling companies can attract and retain top talent in a tightening labour market.
