Offshore decline rates reached almost 10% last year, driven by low infill drilling

Offshore decline rates started to increase in 2016, and have continued to increase over the last two years. A key reasons for the increased decline rates, is the lower infill activity. Since 2015 the infill activity has dropped ~33%.
