Anders previously worked on subsea projects for Kværner and later joined Fortum, where he worked on commercial negotiations, gas transport, project development and exploration rounds. He then took on a manager role for Fortum’s E&P business in London, where he worked on the assessment of large M&A deals. He was also heading Fortum’s Exploration & BD in Norway and was member of Fortum’s global E&P Management Team. He later worked for Chevron as Business Development Director and participated in exploration rounds, Barents Sea strategy development and European gas strategy development. Since 2007 and until today, Anders has worked as a Special Advisor for the Norwegian Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the development of a petroleum legislation in Sudan and South Sudan. He has also been pivotal in the role as a facilitator in the oil negotiations between the two countries.
