Aase joined Rystad Energy in August 2021 and has since built and led the company’s global Talent & Culture function. As Chief Talent & Culture Officer, she is responsible for three distinct divisions globally: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Office. Together, they elevate the Talent experience and help employees thrive.
Before joining Rystad Energy, Aase gained more than 20 years of experience, primarily in HR-related roles, spanning consulting (McKinsey & Company) to staffing and recruitment as HR Director of Randstad Norway. She holds a Master of Commerce from Adelaide University in Australia and a Bachelor of Science from BI Norwegian Business School.
