Senior Vice President – Talent & Culture
Aase Stenhouse joined Rystad Energy as SVP Talent & Culture in August 2021, responsible for driving the global Talent-management strategy in the company. Aase brings with her more than 20 years of experience from the consulting industry (McKinsey & Company), primarily in HR-related roles. Before joining Rystad Energy, she was the HR Director of Randstad Norway. Aase holds a Master of Commerce from Adelaide University in Australia and a Bachelor of Science from BI Norwegian Business School.
