Artem Abramov is a Senior Partner and Head of Oil & Gas Research at Rystad Energy. His expertise spans all elements of the energy spectrum, with a focus on fundamental energy market analysis. Artem has extensive experience within North American energy markets, given his previous role as head of North American Oil & Gas Research. He also served for several years as Head of New Energies at Rystad Energy, covering topics ranging from renewables and power to hydrogen, CCUS and the energy transition. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo and a BSc in Applied Mathematics, majoring in statistics, from Novosibirsk State University in Russia.
