Evodie Fleury-Greaker is a Partner and the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at Rystad Energy, and a permanent member of its Executive Leadership Team. She leads communications and marketing globally and has made the function a strategic lever for growth and organizational alignment.
She has 14 years of experience, and joined Rystad Energy in 2020, working where marketing, product and business strategy meet. Her expertise covers corporate, commercial and communications strategy, product-market fit, go-to-market execution, and pricing and monetization. She has launched SaaS and digital products, grown customer acquisition and retention, and led large cross-functional programs. Before Rystad Energy, she led international teams at technology companies ranging from unicorns to listed businesses.
Her industry experience spans energy, e-learning, travel, and DaaS. She has worked in France, the UK, Switzerland and Norway, and on extended projects in Dubai, the USA and Singapore. She is passionate about mentorship and building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
Evodie holds a bachelor’s degree from Sciences Po Paris, a master's in international law (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh, and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Cambridge.
