Leslie Wei is a partner on Rystad Energy’s upstream research team. She joined the company 10 years ago and her current responsibilities is to lead the oil and gas research organization. Prior to this, she was following the North American shale industry following several key companies and gas plays. Leslie holds an economics degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
