Mari Vassdokken Sigstad

Mari Vassdokken Sigstad joined Rystad Energy in 2019. She is a Principal in Rystad Energy’s advisory business based in Oslo, Norway. Her experience spans strategy, the energy transition, technology validation, market assessments and business development.

Genuinely interested in enabling the energy transition, Mari is experienced in working with energy producers, industrial players, investors and governments. Her expertise is within critical materials, energy supply chains, batteries and energy storage.

Mari is a regular speaker at conferences in Norway, and across Europe. Outside of work, she is passionate about hiking and skiing, including both cross-country and backcountry skiing, in addition to enjoying good food with friends.

Mari holds a Master of Science in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, with a specialty in Marine Hydrodynamics.
