Life before Rystad Energy

I have a Master of Science in Marine Technology with a specialization in Marine Hydrodynamics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). During my studies, I did an exchange year to ENSTA Bretagne in France.

Why did you choose Rystad Energy?

I found Rystad Energy very interesting as I wanted to learn more about the global energy system, the macro trends in the energy industry and get a better understanding and overview of the energy industry. The combination of consulting and having in-house analysis teams giving us access to databases and analysis reports was also a key factor to why I chose Rystad.

What makes Rystad Energy stand out for you as an employer?

Rystad being a young and fast-growing company with a relatively young employee base having “grown up” with Rystad was what made Rystad stand out to me. I got the impression that Rystad valued young competence and gave its’ people the opportunity to grow with Rystad.

What are your passions outside of work?

I love being outside in nature, whether it is skiing, hiking or tenting. I also like working out, hanging out with friends and cooking.
