Xinlei Zhu

Xinlei Joined Rystad Energy in 2020 as Country manager of the great China area, where he is responsible for business development and overall company operations in China.

Before he came to Rystad Energy, from 2015 to 2019, Xinlei spent 4 years with IHS as Account Manager and 1 year, 2014, in MCC group ( a Chinese state-owned enterprise ) as BD manager.

Xinlei also has a tremendous technical background, from 2002 to 2012, he worked 10 years in technical with Schlumberger and Polarcus for 8 years and 2 years respectively. During his 10 years technical career, He worked in U.S. Brazil, Norway, U.K., etc. total of more than 20 countries. He was once a department chief running his technical department on some of the world’s largest-ever seismic survey projects.

Xinlei obtained his full-time MBA degree from a joint program between Tsinghua University and MIT in 2014.
