Helge has a PhD in Reservoir Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has been active (ExxonMobil, Sohio, BP, Norsk Hydro, Equinor, Switch Energy Alliance) in the energy industry for over 40 years with broad and deep expertise in the energy ecosystems and energy transition. Helge was a Professor of Industrial Mathematics at the University of Oslo and held positions from Chief Reservoir Engineer, VP Exploration, VP Strategy, VP Technology & Competence, to SVP and GM International E&P and VP Investor Relations.
