Meet the Rystad Energy Institute Dean
Dr. Helge Hove Haldorsen has a PhD in Reservoir Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has been active in the energy industry for more than 40 years. With prior experience at ExxonMobil, Sohio, BP, Norsk Hydro, Equinor and Switch Energy Alliance, Helge has in-depth expertise in energy ecosystems and the energy transition. He was also a Professor of Industrial Mathematics at the University of Oslo and has held positions such as Vice President Strategy, Vice President Investor Relations and Senior Vice President and General Manager of International Exploration and Production.
