Our management is backed by Marlin Equity Partners, our minority investor since October 2026, whose experience scaling technology and data businesses supports our long-term growth. Founder Jarand Rystad continues as Executive Chairman retaining the controlling shares of the company. Rystad Energy holds majority of the shares and remains independent.
